At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Nevada in Carson City, we are dedicated to empowering young people by providing a safe and supportive environment throughout their out-of-school hours. Our mission is to foster a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging, and pride among our members, helping them develop essential skills and build meaningful relationships. In collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, we offer a variety of engaging programs across five Core Areas: the arts, character & leadership, education & career development, health & life skills, and sports, fitness, & recreation. Our comprehensive offerings include creative art projects, leadership initiatives like the Torch and Keystone Clubs, academic support through Graduate for Mas and Power Hour, and health education programs such as Passport to Manhood and SMART Girls. We believe in making our programs accessible to all, with a low annual membership fee of just $30, and we offer scholarships to families in need. We welcome children ages 6-18, and even those in kindergarten, ensuring no child is turned away due to financial constraints. Join us as we work together to inspire our youth to reach their fullest potential.
