FISH Food Bank is dedicated to alleviating hunger and enhancing the well-being of low-income families and individuals in Carson City, NV, and throughout Northern Nevada. Our mission is rooted in ensuring everyone has access to nutritious food while fostering community dignity and resilience. We provide food assistance through an array of services including direct grocery distribution and food grants that cater to varying family sizes and needs, with options for monthly or bimonthly assistance. Our Family Dining Room serves hearty, calorie-dense meals from 3 PM to 5 PM, 363 days a year, offering a welcoming space for those in need. Additionally, our unique 'bread lobby' allows community members to take food items without restrictions, as we believe in unconditional support. At FISH Food Bank, we are committed to fighting food poverty and providing essential resources that make a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors.
