The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Carson City, NV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for our Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist with weight management goals. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need additional support.
