Located in Coyote Springs, NV, Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada offers the Medical Nutrition Therapy Program aimed at ensuring that adults aged 60 and above receive essential nutritional support. Our services include meal delivery and bespoke dietetic consultations from registered dietitians, specifically tailored for individuals facing challenges such as medical conditions requiring nutrition intervention, chewing or swallowing difficulties, and malnutrition. We deliver a range of services, including over-the-phone nutrition consultations, modified textured meals, and, when available, nutritional supplements for eligible clients. Each meal is carefully crafted to meet the standards set by the Older Americans Act and aligns with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, providing a well-balanced approach that meets one-third of the daily nutritional needs for older adults.
