Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and provided with tailored resources that align with their individual health needs and lifestyles. MOVE! offers a variety of practical options, including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! system, which allows for in-home support and clinician communication. For those who prefer a self-managed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable tools for weight management. We also offer medically supervised weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with obesity.
