Located in Crystal Bay, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) is dedicated to providing essential support for individuals of all ages who have documented intellectual disabilities or related conditions, including Autism and Down Syndrome. Through a compassionate and client-focused approach, we ensure that individuals access vital services needed to maintain their Level of Care and community integration, preventing unnecessary institutionalization. Our comprehensive services include Jobs and Day Training Services such as Day Habilitation, Prevocational Services, and Supported Employment, alongside Residential Support Services and Management. We also offer Behavioral Consultation, individual and group Counseling, Non-Medical Transportation, Nursing Services, and Nutrition Counseling to empower recipients and enhance their quality of life.
