Located in Deeth, NV, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing personalized weight management and health promotion services. We actively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect individuals to a variety of tailored weight management options. Our program features group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging and clinician contact. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer independent weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
