Located in Denio, NV, the Access Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) offers a comprehensive, CDC-approved curriculum dedicated to empowering individuals at risk for type II diabetes. Our mission is to foster healthier lifestyles through diabetes education, lifestyle coaching, and supportive group sessions. Participants will engage in topics such as healthy eating and nutrition, cooking nutritious meals, maintaining physical activity, successful weight loss strategies, stress management, and effective communication with healthcare providers. With a structured schedule of weekly meetings for the first 16 weeks, followed by biweekly and monthly sessions over the course of 26 total meetings, our program provides the essential tools and support needed to manage health proactively and reduce the risk of diabetes development.
