The Meal Support Program in Elko, NV, offers free and accessible meal support tailored specifically for individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a compassionate and safe environment where participants can share mealtime experiences while receiving nutritional guidance. With support sessions available four times daily—two lunch and two dinner opportunities—individuals can easily find a time that fits their schedule. Each meal support session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are on their journey to achieving their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential. While we provide essential meal support for recovery, it's important to note that we do not offer crisis intervention services.
