MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Empire, NV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission focuses on screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management services. We offer a range of practical options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides tools to manage weight effectively. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not found success with our primary program.
