The Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) is dedicated to providing essential services to individuals of all ages in Empire, NV, who are facing intellectual disabilities or related conditions, including Autism and Down Syndrome. Our program, recognized by the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP) and the Aging and Disability Division (ADSD), ensures access to critical support for individuals maintaining the necessary Level of Care. We offer a variety of services designed to empower and support our clients, including Jobs and Day Training Services, Residential Support Services, Behavioral Consultation, Counseling, Non-Medical Transportation, Nursing Services, and Nutrition Counseling. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities by facilitating their independence and integration into the community.
