MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Gardnerville, NV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by offering comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with personalized weight management options that cater to their individual needs. We provide a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges after participating in our program.
