The Meal Support Program in Glenbrook, NV is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care and navigating the complexities of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a supportive and safe environment where participants can enjoy nourishment alongside others who understand their journey. With sessions offered four times daily, including two lunches and two dinners, individuals can join as often as their schedules allow. Each meal support session is guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all of whom are working towards their CNS certification. While our program is focused on meal support, please note that it is not intended for crisis intervention; for urgent assistance, individuals are encouraged to contact crisis support services.
