Located in Golconda, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) is dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages with documented intellectual disabilities or related conditions like Autism and Down Syndrome. Our mission is to provide essential support services that promote independence and enhance quality of life. This includes comprehensive jobs and day training services such as day habilitation, supported employment, and career planning; residential support services tailored to individual needs; behavioral consultation and intervention; counseling options; non-medical transportation; nursing services; and nutrition counseling. By collaborating with the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy and the Aging and Disability Division, we ensure that individuals can access the necessary services to maintain their level of care and avoid institutionalization.
