Participants can engage with six comprehensive e-booklets designed to meet them at their current understanding of diabetes management, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and vital resources available in both English and Spanish. Additionally, enrollees who provide their phone number gain access to our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can consult with ADA experts about diabetes and its connection to heart health.
