The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Imlay, NV, is dedicated to empowering emerging leaders in the pursuit of a just and sustainable food system. Our program offers comprehensive, tuition-free training that equips Fellows with the skills to become passionate advocates and educators who promote social, environmental, and economic justice within food systems. Over six months, participants engage in hands-on learning at our farm, gaining valuable experience in organic agriculture, food literacy, and community engagement. Following their intensive training, Fellows undertake a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profits on impactful projects such as developing community gardens, supporting farmers' markets, and enhancing access to healthy food options.
