This free program spans 12 months, offering participants valuable resources such as six informative e-booklets tailored to address their specific needs, as well as a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips and local community event information, available in both English and Spanish. Enrollees will also have the opportunity to engage directly with ADA experts in our monthly Q&A sessions, where they can ask questions about managing diabetes and its connection to heart health, all while enjoying special giveaways designed to enhance their journey toward better health.
