MOVE! Weight Management Program in Imlay, NV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities undergoes annual obesity screening and is connected to tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of program options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides tools for independent weight management. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may require further assistance after participating in MOVE!.
