Located in Indian Springs, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) is dedicated to providing essential support and services to individuals of all ages with documented intellectual disabilities or related conditions, such as Autism and Down Syndrome. Through a collaborative framework with the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy and the Aging and Disability Division, we ensure that eligible recipients maintain the necessary Level of Care to avoid institutionalization. Our comprehensive range of services includes jobs and day training services, residential support, behavioral consultations, counseling, non-medical transportation, nursing, and nutrition counseling—all designed to empower and enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
