Located in Jarbidge, NV, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and given access to a variety of tailored treatment options. We offer supportive resources such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those who continue to face challenges, we provide additional options like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. To learn more about participating in MOVE!, we encourage Veterans to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider, who can guide them on their journey toward healthier living.
