The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lamoille, NV, is dedicated to empowering individuals who are passionate about building a just and sustainable food system. Through our comprehensive training program, participants gain hands-on experience in organic food system education, working alongside community partners to grow and distribute diverse crops, implement educational health initiatives, and maintain community gardens. We believe in the importance of accessibility, which is why we do not charge tuition, allowing more individuals to join us in fostering food and ecological literacy within schools and promoting local farmers markets. Our Fellowship includes a six-month immersive experience at the Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year, where Fellows can apply their knowledge and skills in collaboration with regional non-profit organizations. Applications are open until March each year, with the program running from May to October, inviting those eager to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
