We provide essential food assistance that includes meal delivery and tailored dietetic consultations conducted by registered dietitians. Our services are specifically designed to address various nutritional challenges such as medical conditions requiring intervention, chewing or swallowing difficulties, and malnutrition. Eligible clients receive customized meals crafted to fulfill one-third of their daily nutritional needs while aligning with the standards of the Older Americans Act. These balanced meals are suitable for individuals with diabetes and heart disease, ensuring that our seniors receive the support they need for a healthier lifestyle. Our program offers over-the-phone nutrition consultations, modified textured meals, and nutritional supplements when available, reinforcing our commitment to the health of our community.
