The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Lovelock, NV is designed for individuals who have been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, providing essential support and education at no cost. Over the course of 12 months, participants will engage with six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and resources available in both English and Spanish. Our program also promotes community engagement by sharing information about local events, encouraging a supportive environment. Participants who choose to submit their phone numbers can join our interactive 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can connect with ADA experts, ask diabetes-related questions, explore the vital connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways that support their journey in managing diabetes effectively.
