The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lund, NV is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates for a just food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic equity. Designed to be fully accessible, our program offers comprehensive training without tuition costs, ensuring inclusive participation. Fellows engage deeply in organic food system education and gain hands-on experience through a six-month residency at our Allegheny Farm Campus, where they participate in diverse initiatives—ranging from growing and distributing crops to implementing health education sessions and maintaining community gardens. After this immersive experience, each Fellow embarks on a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profits to apply their knowledge and support initiatives that enhance food security, promote ecological literacy, and strengthen local food coalitions. Candidates are encouraged to apply by March for the upcoming fellowship cycle, which runs from May to October, empowering them to make impactful contributions to their communities.
