Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) in Lund, NV is dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages who have documented intellectual disabilities or related conditions, including Autism and Down Syndrome. Participants receiving our support are assessed by the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy and the Aging and Disability Division to ensure they meet the necessary Level of Care. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including Jobs and Day Training Services, Residential Support Services, Behavioral Consultation and Training, Counseling, Non-Medical Transportation, Nursing Services, and Nutrition Counseling to empower our recipients and help them thrive in their communities.
