MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Mesquite, NV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and provided with tailored referrals to a variety of weight management services. We offer a range of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinical contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with medically guided weight loss options such as medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who continue to face challenges despite participation in our program.
