Located in Mina, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) is dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages who have documented intellectual disabilities or related conditions such as Autism or Down Syndrome. Through a range of vital services, we provide essential support that helps maintain independence and dignity. Our offerings include jobs and day training services, residential support management, behavioral consultation, individual and group counseling, non-medical transportation, nursing services, and nutrition counseling. We are committed to ensuring that every recipient has access to the care and support they need to thrive in their community while remaining within the required Level of Care as determined by the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy and the Aging and Disability Division.
