Our bilingual program, available in both English and Spanish, empowers participants with essential knowledge and practical strategies for effective diabetes management. Participants receive six targeted e-booklets that address crucial topics tailored to their needs and a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community resources. Those who provide their phone number can also engage in our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can connect with ADA specialists, learn about the important connection between diabetes and heart health, and qualify for helpful giveaways designed to enhance their living with diabetes experience.
