Located in Minden, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions provides vital support to individuals of all ages with documented intellectual disabilities, including conditions such as Autism and Down Syndrome. Recognized by the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy and the Aging and Disability Division, our mission is to ensure that individuals achieve their highest potential while receiving the necessary Level of Care, preventing the need for placement in an Intermediate Care Facility. Our comprehensive services include Jobs and Day Training Services, Residential Support, Behavioral Consultation, Counseling, Non-Medical Transportation, Nursing Services, and Nutrition Counseling.
