The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Montello, NV is an empowering program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in sustainable food systems. By providing tuition-free training, we ensure that our Fellowship is accessible to all aspiring advocates for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Over six months, Fellows engage in hands-on education at our experiential farm, learning to grow and distribute diversified crops, implement health-focused educational sessions, and foster food literacy in schools and communities. Following their training, participants embark on a Community Action Year, applying their skills with regional non-profit organizations to enhance access to healthy foods, support local farmers markets, and develop innovative distribution solutions. We invite passionate individuals to join us in this transformative journey, with applications open until March each year for the program running from May to October.
