MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Montello, NV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with appropriate weight management services. We offer a variety of practical options to meet individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, for those who prefer self-managed solutions, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For Veterans requiring further assistance, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after completing the MOVE! program.
