At the Martin Luther King Jr. Senior Center in Nellis AFB, NV, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in our community. With a focus on low-income adults facing unemployment and economic strain, our center offers a range of essential services including a food pantry, congregate meal programs, health screenings, and nutrition seminars. We strive to provide supportive resources like transportation and case management, ensuring that seniors can access the help they need. Our programs also include educational opportunities, health and fitness classes, and recreational activities tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by our diverse senior population. Although our physical center is closed due to COVID-19, we continue to offer emergency food assistance to Clark County seniors.
