MOVE! Weight Management Program at Nellis Air Force Base is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission focuses on screening Veterans annually for obesity, connecting them with tailored weight management services, and offering a range of treatment options that align with their individual needs. Our offerings include engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-guided approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
