Truckee-North Tahoe Meals on Wheels, located in Nixon, NV, is dedicated to supporting local seniors by ensuring they can live independently at home with dignity and care. Our program delivers freshly prepared, nutritious meals directly to seniors who require dietary assistance due to health needs. By providing daily meal deliveries, we not only meet the urgent need for food assistance but also promote wellness and quality of life among our senior community. Participants are encouraged to contribute as they are able, with a suggested contribution of $5 per meal. Together, we make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, fostering a compassionate connection among our neighbors.
