Located in Nixon, Nevada, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is proud to be the second largest provider of WIC services in Northern Nevada, dedicated to empowering families to raise happy and healthy children. We offer comprehensive support including education on nutrition, breastfeeding assistance, and supplemental nutritious foods to pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under five. Our services extend to referrals for health and social services, personalized one-on-one assistance, and monthly virtual support groups aimed at fostering community and connection. We believe that all families deserve access to essential resources, which is why our program is inclusive and does not impose restrictions based on citizenship or immigration status.
