The Medical Nutrition Therapy Program, offered by Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, is dedicated to ensuring that adults aged 60 and older in North Las Vegas and across Clark County receive the nutrition they need to thrive. Our program provides essential meal delivery services, focusing on balanced meals that align with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and meet the standards set forth by the Older Americans Act. Each meal is designed to deliver one-third of the daily recommended nutrition for older adults and can be tailored for individuals with specific health needs, including those with diabetes and heart disease. In addition to meal delivery, we offer dietetic consultations with a registered dietitian to address challenges such as malnutrition, chewing, or swallowing difficulties, along with over-the-phone nutrition guidance. We are committed to supporting the health and wellness of our senior community through comprehensive nutritional assistance in times of need.
