Located in Ruby Valley, NV, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance to individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals have access to a variety of resources, including specialized food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We prioritize practical support and strive to meet the urgent dietary needs of our community members.
