Located in Ruby Valley, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) provides vital support and services for individuals of all ages with documented intellectual disabilities or related conditions, including Autism and Down Syndrome. Recognizing the urgency of their needs, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to help recipients maintain the required Level of Care and avoid unnecessary institutionalization. Our programs include Jobs and Day Training Services for skill development, Residential Support Services for ongoing assistance, Behavioral Consultation, Counseling, Non-Medical Transportation, Nursing Services, and Nutrition Counseling. Our mission is to empower each individual by providing tailored support that fosters independence, improves quality of life, and enhances community integration.
