Located in Ruth, NV, MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to systematically screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to weight management services that align with individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for remote support. For Veterans who prefer to manage their weight independently, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app to assist them on their journey. Additionally, we have options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery available for those who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!.
