Located in Searchlight, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) is dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages who have documented intellectual disabilities or related conditions, including Autism and Down Syndrome. Our mission is to empower these recipients to live fulfilling lives by providing essential services that facilitate independence and community integration. We offer a wide range of critical services including Jobs and Day Training Services, Residential Support Services, Behavioral Consultation, Counseling, Nutrition Counseling, Non-Medical Transportation, and Nursing Services, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. By ensuring that qualified individuals maintain the required Level of Care, we help prevent the need for placement in an Intermediate Care Facility, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for those we serve.
