MOVE! Weight Management Program in Silver City, NV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to empower Veterans by offering personalized support to combat obesity, ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually, and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs. Participants can choose from a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
