The Medical Nutrition Therapy Program, offered by Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, is dedicated to supporting the nutritional needs of adults aged 60 and older in Sloan, NV, and throughout Clark County. Our program focuses on delivering balanced meals that meet the dietary requirements established by the Older Americans Act, ensuring that each meal provides one-third of the daily recommended nutrition, tailored specifically for individuals facing medical challenges such as nutrient deficiencies, chewing or swallowing issues, and conditions requiring specialized nutrition intervention. We also provide access to personalized consultations with registered dietitians over the phone, along with modified textured meals and nutritional supplements when available. Our commitment is to improve the health and well-being of seniors, making it easier for them to manage diabetes, heart disease, and other health concerns through proper nutrition.
