Based in Smith, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) is dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages who have documented intellectual disabilities or related conditions, including Autism and Down Syndrome. By partnering with the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP) and the Aging and Disability Division (ADSD), we ensure that those requiring necessary Level of Care (LOC) can access essential services to prevent admission to an Intermediate Care Facility/Intellectual Disability (ICF/ID). Our comprehensive services include Jobs and Day Training, ranging from Day Habilitation to Supported Employment, as well as Residential Support, Behavioral Consultation, and Counseling. We also provide Non-Medical Transportation, Nursing Services, and Nutrition Counseling, all aimed at promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our recipients.
