Our program is designed to engage participants with a variety of health-focused activities, such as cooking classes, podiatry clinics, arts and crafts events, and community hiking clubs. We believe in a holistic approach to health, offering opportunities for physical activity like yoga and personal training, alongside supportive diabetes self-management group classes and gardening events. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, and we also provide a sliding scale fee discount to ensure that essential diabetes resources are accessible to everyone in our community.
