The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Stateline, NV, is dedicated to training and empowering individuals to become effective advocates for a just food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic equity. Through our no-cost program, Fellows receive comprehensive organic food system education that enables them to grow and distribute diverse crops, engage with healthcare innovations, and integrate food and ecological literacy into community initiatives. Participants also support local farmers' markets and develop distribution channels to enhance access to healthy foods, all while mentoring new cohorts of Fellows. This immersive fellowship includes six months of hands-on learning at our vibrant farm campus, followed by a Community Action Year where Fellows partner with regional non-profits to implement their training. Applications are open until March, with experiences typically taking place from May through October, making this an impactful opportunity for anyone passionate about food assistance and sustainable community development.
