Participants receive six informative e-booklets covering essential diabetes topics tailored to their current understanding, alongside a monthly e-newsletter brimming with seasonal tips and local community event information, offered in both English and Spanish. Enrollees who provide their phone number can join our exclusive monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can engage with ADA experts, inquire about diabetes management and its relationship with heart health, and enjoy helpful giveaways aimed at empowering them to thrive with diabetes.
