Located in Stateline, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) provides essential support for individuals of all ages who have documented intellectual disabilities or related conditions, such as Autism and Down Syndrome. Our mission is to help recipients navigate life with dignity and independence by offering a range of critical services tailored to their needs, including Day Habilitation, Supported Employment, and Counseling. We are committed to ensuring that individuals maintain their Level of Care and avoid unnecessary placements in Intermediate Care Facilities. With a focus on both residential and vocational support, as well as access to Non-Medical Transportation and Nutrition Counseling, our dedicated team is here to empower and assist those we serve in our community.
