At the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in The Lakes, NV, we are dedicated to fostering healthy lifestyles for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission focuses on providing essential food assistance, including supplemental healthy foods, while offering vital breastfeeding support and comprehensive nutrition education. In addition, we facilitate health care referrals to ensure families have access to necessary resources. By empowering families with the knowledge and tools they need, we strive to create a healthier future for our community's youngest members.
