Located in Tuscarora, NV, the Access Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) offers a comprehensive, CDC-approved curriculum aimed at empowering individuals at risk of type II diabetes to take charge of their health. Through diabetes education, lifestyle coaching, and group support, participants learn essential strategies for healthy living. The program covers key topics such as nutrition, cooking nutritious meals, maintaining an active lifestyle, weight loss techniques, stress management, sleep improvement, and effective communication with healthcare providers. Our structured sessions begin with weekly meetings for the first 16 weeks, transitioning to bi-weekly sessions, and concluding with monthly check-ins, for a total of 26 impactful sessions designed to cultivate long-lasting health and wellness.
