Located in Virginia City, NV, the Access Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) offers a comprehensive and supportive approach to help individuals at risk for type II diabetes take charge of their health. As a CDC-approved initiative, our mission is to empower participants through education and lifestyle coaching, fostering a community that encourages sustainable changes. With a focus on essential topics such as healthy eating, effective weight loss strategies, stress management, and physical activity, we provide the tools necessary to prevent diabetes and promote overall wellness. Our program consists of 26 sessions, beginning with weekly meetings for the first 16 weeks, followed by biweekly and monthly check-ins to ensure participants are well-supported on their journey to better health.
